Q: Is our company licensed?
A: Yes we are fully licensed and are required to abide by the regulations set by the East Riding of Yorkshire council.
Q: Do you offer booster seats for children?
A: Yes we offer these free of charge.Please request these at time of booking.
Q: If I have multi drops or pick ups what do I do?
A: We can do multi drops or pick ups to the airport. There is a small charge of £5.00 for this service depending on the aditional pick up addresses. We advise you call to find out an exact price.
Q: What if the flight is delayed or early?
A: We will check the flight status the same day and the driver will arrive at the airport 20 minutes after the flight lands.No extra charge.
Q: Can I pay cash?
A: Yes you can pay the driver at the end of the journey.
Q: Can I pay in foreign currency?
A: Yes, you can pay your driver at the end of the journey. Add £5.00 (bank charge) to quote.
€1.40 = £1.00
$1.90 = £1.00
Q: Where do I meet my driver?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in airport arrivals with a board containing the SILVERLINE logo and your name. Wherever possible we will provide you with your drivers name and mobile number.
Q: Will you meet us any time of the day?
A: Yes our service is provided 24 hours,365 days a year.There is no extra charge for unsociable hours.
Q: How early do I make a booking?
A: The earlier the better, Although bookings can be made 24 hours in advance.
Q: Are the prices per person or per car?
A: Our prices are per car.
Q: Do you only do airport transfers?
A: We can also provide transport to all British holiday resorts,ports and cities. Please call or email for a competitive quote.
