TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Silverlines prices are based on clients being ready to travel at the booked time.
 Clients must book their airport transfer in accordance with check in time
 and guidelines provided by their relevant airline.


  Reservations made for service on the following dates 
  will be subject to an additional surcharge on published prices: 
  24, 25, 26, December & 1 January, other days may also be affected.
    
  No reservation submitted by the client shall be deemed to be accepted   
  by Silverline unless and until confirmed in writing by email   
  telephone or otherwise by an authorised representative of Silverline.
     
  Where a booking is made by telephone, the booking is subject to and the   
  client accepts Silverlines Terms and Conditions.
    
  Passengers are not permitted to take alcoholic drinks onto Silverline   
  vehicles for the purpose of consuming them therein.
     
  Smoking is not permitted in Silverline vehicles.
              
Silverline vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, 
as required under local law. However, whilst every care is always   
taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no   
responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are
therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.
      
Silverline will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum   
discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination.
However, Silverline will not incur any liability whatsoever if circumstances beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive):
.accidents causing delays to the vehicle   
.restricted vehicular access   
.exceptional or severe weather conditions   
.compliance with requests of the police   
.deaths and accidents on the road  
.vandalism and terrorism   
.unforeseen traffic delays   
.the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official   
.other circumstances affecting passenger safety 
     
All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, 
stop over will be charged at £5.00 with the fare quoted.
    
Our estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.

All passengers must wear seat belts provided in the   vehicle while the vehicle is in motion.
Silverline will accept no liability for   injuries however caused due to failure to wear seat belts   provided.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to   ensure there Child/Booster seats are fastened and secured   correctly.
      
Fares quoted are flat rates. Any diversions, additional set downs or   
pickups by the client will incur a charge dependant on actual distance.
    
Fares quoted that are not booked will have a validity of 24 hours.
    
Silverline airport transfers reserve the right to alter any prices   
without prior notification however any quote/booking confirmed by   
Silverline will remain binding.
     
Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the service   
provider in relation to the service are subject to alteration without notice.
    
Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in   
any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer,   
invoice or other document or information issued by Silverline   
shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Silverline.
